Our Coffee

Our coffee tasters select the Golden Coffee according to the harvest and arrangement in:

These qualities are for the preparation of European coffee, American coffee and Gourmet coffee, which are well known in our brand.

The American mixture is found in the Gecko’s Hawaiian Coffee, the European mixture is found in the Gecko's Ka'u Coffee and the Gourmet mixture is found in the Gecko’s Kona Coffee.

For this reason  we welcome you to the wonderful world of the Special Coffees from Hawaii, because of their fascinating aroma and intense flavors that attract real connoisseurs of fine Gourmet coffee.

Harvest and Handling

Cherry coffee is cut manually and selected because of its red color, it is separated from yellow, green grains, from dry coffee, leaves and foreign elements that could spoil the quality; then the pulp is removed and fermented in water, break into pieces, washed, pre-dried in yards under the sun and dried in drying machines, turned into parchment coffee, then packed into henequen bags 100 pounds each and stored in a wooden pallet conditioned to a humidity of about 10.5 to 11.5 degrees to preserve the quality of the coffee.

The parchment coffee is threshed again and becomes the Golden Coffee, which is arranged according to its size after going through various handlings such as threshing, tasting, grain assortment, symmetric table and through the electronic machine which selects grain by its color.
